The purpose of the Ladies Aid Society at Mount Olive Lutheran Church is to develop the social life of the women of Mount Olive; spread abroad a Christian spirit and contribute financially to the work of the church and contribute annually to a missionary endeavor.

Committees:
- Funeral Committee – Prepare and serve food or serve catered food for a funeral lunch.
- Serving/Visiting Committee – Serve the refreshments at our monthly meeting; Send cards: get well, thinking of you, sympathy, special birthday (75 years and older), and anniversary (50 years or more) to Mount Olive members; Visit shut-ins.
Meeting Dates: February, March, April, May, August, September, October, and November – First Wednesday of the Month at 1:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room. First Wednesday in June at noon for a picnic potluck lunch in the Fireside Room. First Wednesday in December at noon for a potluck Christmas lunch in the Fireside Room. We do not meet in January and July.
Members pay a $10 yearly due.
